The return and exchange includes all items except for nutritional supplements, personal care products and tools, underwear and makeup if the product has been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item and the customer bears the full replacement and return shipping costs, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days after deducting the value of the delivery shipment.

The store has the right to cancel any customer's order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the product's stock running out and return the amount to the customer in his bank account or on his card. The customer has no right to demand the provision of the product


Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are everything that violates or deviates from the warranty terms such as misuse, broken pieces, an open product in a condition other than its natural state, failure to follow operating instructions, exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof, performing any external maintenance, or the device being completely or partially out of order in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device's specifications


If the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and it turns out to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or compensated with a new product, and the customer bears the cost of shipping and return from and To maintenance centers

Products that have a local agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, maintenance is the responsibility of the agent and the customer bears the responsibility of communicating and shipping the product and returning it from the agent

The warranty is void if the customer opens the components of the devices or attempts to repair them himself or in electronics repair shops

The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of replacement or return

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the carton shipment is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt

The customer has the right to replace the product with another product before sending the shipment and after sending the shipment he has the right to replace it within 14 working days and must bear the full shipping cost and the difference in the cost of the product, if any

A group of products are excluded from the return and exchange service for health purposes, as the following products cannot be replaced or returned: wearable technological tools, swimwear, earplugs, glasses, paddles, swimming fins, sports bras, socks, gloves, hand bandages, bandages, insoles, towels, mats and other similar products. Products that come in tightly sealed packages cannot be replaced or returned


Not accepted Return or exchange of products in the following cases:
